Rooms are ok, but stuffs are horrible. they never care about the guest. they are highly arrogant and you will feel regret why you stay in this hotel with these kind of stuff. not safe at all. all north east employees. not safe

Nothing. Staff & receptionist are just senseless ! They manipulate the bills & charge you extra. Never recommend anyone to stay in this Hotel M grand. Worst experience I have ever had.
